Golden Girl Bleach Powder Strong for Streaking is a newer method for highlighting and streaking. It must be mixed with Oxidizing Emulsion to give you a superior action. The choice of the Oxidizing Emulsion is very important as the higher the volume, the stronger and quicker the streaks will be. Bleach Powder is fine-grained and super air floated to give you maximum spread.
Mix bleach powder strong with 2 - 3 parts of oxidizing emulsion vol 40 into a non-metallic bowl and blend it to get a creamy paste.
Apply the mixture to streaks and wait till the desired shade is achieved. Rinse with water.
